General Ordering
To place an order at Le Petite Princess, you may choose from several options. Our online ordering is the fastest and easiest way to complete your order; however, you may also mail or telephone your order to us. Because all sales are final, please review your order carefully to be sure that all information is correct including customer information, item details, payment and shipping information. Please retain a copy of your order for future reference.

Rush Orders
Rush orders are accepted. You will be charged an additional $25.00.

International Orders
International orders are accepted. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and shipping charges are determined on an individual basis.

Order Cancellation
Le Petite Princess works to ship your custom-made and personalized purchases as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us the same business day 1.877.848.4174 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All payments must be received before we begin to create your pieces. Methods of payment accepted by Le Petite Princess are Visa, MasterCard and personal check. When sending personal checks, please note that your pieces cannot be created until the check has been cleared by your bank.

Shipping Rates
Most items will be delivered via UPS. Delivery rates are based on total merchandise value per delivery address and do not include sales tax (if applicable).

Free Shipping
Le Petite Princess is currently offering Free Shipping on select products* (excluding taxes). This offer is valid for the 48 contiguous states and is for UPS Ground service only.

When your selections will be ready?
Because your order is made especially for you, please allow a 4-5 weeks estimate time for our artists to create your selections. Each personalized and custom-designed product requires a different amount of time to produce before shipping. Please note that since these items are one-of-a-kind and produced by hand, the time allowed are only estimates and may vary.

Delivery Times

International Shipments
International shipping rates must be determined on an individual basis.

Partial Shipping
If you ordered items that take more or less time than others, our policy is to ship your order to you once it is complete. If you would like items shipped as they are ready, we are happy to accommodate partial shiping. Please note each shipment will be sent UPS Ground or at the actual cost to us if you request expedited shipping. Just send us an e-mail to let us know if you'd like to take advantage of our partial shipping option.

Errors in Shipment
We are not responsible for mis-delivered or undeliverable packages as a result of customer error. Please check your order confirmation carefully to ensure that the shipping information is accurate. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for additional charges billed by UPS as a result of recalling and redelivering packages or returning undeliverable packages.

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with any package that is refused at time of delivery.

Damages in Shipment
We appreciate your patience and excitement to receive your selections and understand your disappointment when something arrives damaged. If you receive your shipment and your pieces have been damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so that we may immediately remedy the situation. Please make note of any damage that has occurred to the box and packing materials as well as your items. You will need to return the damaged selections to us. Once received, we will do everything we can to correct the situation as soon as possible. After examining the damage, Le Petite Princess reserves the right to either replace or repair your selection, whichever we deem more appropriate.

By law we are required to collect the appropriate state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the shipment. Some states also require that we charge sales tax on shipping and/or handling charges. These taxes will be calculated during checkout and displayed to you before submitting your order.

There are so many great designs to choose from. Before finalizing your selections, please consider carefully. We create your piece especially for you and as such, all sales are final unless there has been a serious error in which case we will do everything we can to assist you.

Please make your selections carefully as all our pieces are custom made and sales are final unless there is a serious error on our behalf. If you remain undecided which design would be best, please consider giving a gift certificate. All cancellations must be made within 3 days of placing your order. Custom-designed art, bedding, accessories and select gifts, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order. Because artisans craft these items to your specifications, Le Petite Princess cannot accept returns of custom items.

Note on color: While we try to our products in the truest way possible, we would like customers to be aware that there will be color variance. Every computer monitor is calibrated differently, therefore it is not possible to be 100% accurate on color matching when comparing the website images and the final product. We are happy to assist you over the phone should you need further clarification on color matching.
